Welcome! Abe's Transportation LLC will gladly provide services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully, before accessing or using the Service, if you do not accept the terms and conditions expressed here, do not use this website or our services. By using this website and or our services, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein without limitation or qualification. And acknowledge that any other agreements between you and Abe's Transportation, LLC are superseded and of no force or effect.

All Cancellations

All cancellations must be sent via email to [email protected] we will reply to you with a cancellation notification email. Save this email for future reference as timely proof of your cancellation. 

Phone cancellation will not be accepted. The date on which the cancellation notice is received by Abe's Transportation LLC we will verify the applicable cancellation fee.  We do not take any responsibility for cancellation fees resulting from mistakes, the weather, family emergencies, double booking or wrong dates or information. Only if a cancellation request is made within 1 Hour after the reservation was made it can be cancelled free of cost. If cancellation is made after 1 Hour of reservation there will be no refund. 

Airport & Point to point service cancellations

Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled pickup time will result in a full charge equal to the cost of the trip. 
Hourly service cancellations

For Super Stretch Limo and Luxurious sport utility vehicle (SUV) cancellations within 3 Days of scheduled pickup time forfeit 100% of total bill. 

Wedding and prom package cancellations

All Wedding and Prom Package Deals are 100% Non-Refundable from the date and time that the booking is made, whether or not the service is used. 

No-Show fee

A no-show fee equal to the total trip cost will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location. In order to avoid this charge, passengers should not leave designated pickup locations without emailing Abe's Transportation, LLC at [email protected] 

Do you allow smoking in your vehicles?

No, all vehicles are strictly NON-SMOKING. If any passenger smokes in a vehicle a minimum cleaning fee $250.00 will apply, plus cost of repairs for any damage related to smoking.

Surcharges

A $15.00 surcharge for service scheduled on or before 3:59 am or after 11:30 pm. 

Waiting time

Waiting charges begin 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Waiting Time charges are assessed in half hour increments. 

 Is there a charge if I need to make a stop?

Stops are charged $15.00 each for in route stops (Maximum 15 minutes duration).

 What is the standard gratuity?

The Industry standard gratuity for a chauffeur is 20% and it will added on all reservations.

Lost and found Policy

Please make sure you take all of your personal belongings when you exit the vehicle as we assume no responsibility for missing items. Abe’s Transportation, LLC or its drivers, is no responsible for lost or stolen items, but will make all possible attempts to retrieve items and return them to the lawful owners.  Please reach us by email at [email protected] to report any lost items.

 Zero tolerance compliance policy

Abe’s Transportation, LLC will strictly enforce State and Federal Laws and will maintain a zero tolerance compliance policy that no alcoholic beverage can be consumed or used by any person not of legal drinking age. Also, no possession, sale or consumption of any type of narcotics or illegal drugs is permitted.

All U.S. law enforcement agencies have absolute power to stop any motor vehicle for administrative searches. If contraband is aboard, even in negligible quantities, they can seize and forfeit this vehicle to a local government agency. All law enforcement agencies are aggressively enforcing this policy. Therefore no person will bring illegal substances aboard vehicles that are owned or operated by Abe’s Transportation, LLC.
