Welcome! Abe's Transportation LLC will gladly provide services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using the Service. If you do not accept the terms and conditions expressed here, do not use this website or our services. By using this website and or our services, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein without limitation or qualification. And acknowledge that any other agreements between you and Abe's Transportation, LLC are superseded and of no force or effect.

All Cancellations

All cancellations must be sent via email to [email protected] and we will reply to you with a cancellation notification email. Save this email for future reference as timely proof of your cancellation. 

Phone Cancellation Will Not be Accepted

The date on which Abe’s Transportation LLC receive the cancellation notice we will verify the applicable cancellation fee. We do not take any responsibility for cancellation fees resulting from mistakes, the weather, family emergencies, wrong dates, double booking, incorrect information, or COVID-19. 

Passengers are responsible for providing accurate flight and/or information on reservation, including airline and flight number. If accurate flight information is not provided and we will not be able to accommodate the new accurate information, client reservation will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

About Reservations

To confirm a reservation, a valid credit card is required to be added to the client’s profile at the time of booking to guaranteed service and we must reserve the funds on your credit card with a pre-authorization and your card in not charged at this point in time.

 Rate Policy

If you were quoted or made a reservation and our prices increased later on, you will be charged the new rates. Rates include all fees and are an estimate only. Additional charges for stops, wait time, parking, tolls, airport fees, airport meet & greet, and taxes may be applicable and determined upon the completion of the trip. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Airport & Point to Point Service Cancellations

Only if a cancellation request is made within 24 Hour after the reservation was made it can be cancelled free of cost. If cancellation is made after 24 Hour of reservation, there will be no refund. 

Hourly Service Cancellations 

For Super Stretch Limo and Luxurious sport utility vehicle (SUV) cancellations within 2 Days of scheduled pickup time forfeit 100% of total bill. 

Wedding and Prom Package Cancellations  

All Wedding and Prom Package Deals are 100% Non-Refundable from the date and time that the booking is made, whether or not the service is used. 

No-Show Fee  

A no-show fee equal to the total trip cost will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location. To avoid this charge, passengers should not leave designated pickup locations without calling us at (816) 349-5393 or emailing Abe's Transportation, LLC at [email protected]

Wait Time  

Waiting charges begin 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Waiting Time charges are assessed in half hour increments, at the hourly rate for vehicle type. 

Stops  

Stops are charged $20.00 each for in route stops (Maximum 15 minutes duration).

Meet & Greet Service

A $20.00 for an airport meet & greet service at MCI (Kansas City International Airport). Meet & Greet services in other cities will vary by location.

Admin Fee/ STC

A 15% Administrative Fee (Standard Transportation Charge (STC) is a surcharge based upon various overhead expense items, some of which may not related to the specific trip. The STC is always calculated as a flat percentage of the base rate, stop charges, and wait time will be added to your bill.

Delays/ Termination

Abe's Transportation, LLC is not responsible for delays or termination due to traffic, accidents, or weather.

Early Bird/ Red Eye Fee 

A $20.00 surcharge for service scheduled on or before 6:00 am or after 10:00 pm. 

Holiday Fee
A $50.00 surcharge added to the base fare on transfers, will be charged to your bill on the following holidays New Year’s Day & New Year's Eve, Thanksgiving Day and Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Day, and Christmas Eve.

Standard Gratuity

The industry standard gratuity for a chauffeur is 20% and will be added on all reservations.

Pets

We are pet friendly. Yes, small pets are allowed and must remain inside the pet carrier while on board. We have the right to cancel your reservation if you do not have a pet carrier.  We must be notified when making a reservation that a pet will be traveling in the vehicle. Please note that certified service animals and emotional support animals do not need to be placed in a carrier. 

Smoking / Alcohol /Vaping / Drug Use 

Smoking, alcohol, vaping, and drug use is strictly prohibited in any of our vehicles. If any passenger smokes in a vehicle a minimum cleaning fee of $350.00 will apply, plus the cost of repairs for any damage related to smoking.

Lost and Found Policy 

Please make sure you take all your personal belongings when you exit the vehicle as we assume no responsibility for missing items. Abe’s Transportation LLC, or its drivers, is not responsible for lost or stolen items, but will make all possible attempts to retrieve items and return them to the lawful owners. Zero Tolerance Compliance Policy

Abe’s Transportation, LLC will strictly enforce State and Federal Laws and will maintain a zero-tolerance compliance policy that no alcoholic beverage can be consumed or used by any person not of legal drinking age. Also, no possession, sale, or consumption of any type of narcotics or illegal drugs is permitted.

All U.S. law enforcement agencies have absolute power to stop any motor vehicle for administrative searches. If contraband is aboard, even in negligible quantities, they can seize and forfeit this vehicle to a local government agency. All law enforcement agencies are aggressively enforcing this policy. Therefore, no person will bring illegal substances aboard vehicles that are owned or operated by Abe’s Transportation, LLC. A minimum of a $500 fee will apply for violations of this policy.
